All dogs in the park must be on a leash. This applies to owners, renters, or visitors. Recently, someone tied their dog to one of the bike racks in the common area and left it unattended. This type of behavior is not allowed.
Owners are responsible for any violations by a renter or visitor. For details, see Rules and Regulations (Section 8, Animals).
